Anaheim Canyon CA graduate Rachel Baxter, a Virginia Tech signee, and Stephen F. Austin commit Carson Dingler of First Presbyterian Day GA qualified for their third consecutive U.S. national team together after taking first and second in the junior women's pole vault at the USATF Junior Outdoor Championships at Hornet Stadium at Sacramento State. Baxter cleared 14-1.25 (4.30m) and Dingler had a clearance of 13-1.5 (4.00m) to qualify to compete in Trujillo, Peru after vaulting in Cali, Colombia and Bydgoszcz, Poland the past two summers.
